Lam Kam Sang® CHILD TUSSICURE is manufactured in accordance with the precious prescription of Dr. Lam Kam Sang, the president of Lam Kam Sang Medical Research Institute Ltd. Extracted from precious Chinese herbs with advance technology, Lam Kam Sang® CHILD TUSSICURE is formulated specially for the treatment of the bronchitis of children.
The difficulties in treating common cold complicated with retractable cough, tracheal allergy, chronic bronchitis, and asthma in children are always a headache to the parents. Lam Kam Sang® CHILD TUSSICURE promotes the resistance and the natural healing power of the bronchial mucosa, effectively eradicates respiratory inflammation and hypersensitivity without any side effect. Improvement of the symptoms is attained in 3-5 days and complete recovery in 5-30 days of treatment for majority of the patients. INDICATIONS
1. Retractable cough or bronchitis follows after cold and fever.
2. Allergic bronchitis, chronic bronchitis or early stage of asthma.

MAIN INGREDIENTS
Periostracum Cicadae 40mg, Radix Glehniae 60mg, Concretic Silicea Bambusae 40mg, Retinervus Luffae Fructus 40mg, Herba Houttuyniae 40mg, Fructus Arctii 48mg etc.
Every capsule of Lam Kam Sang® CHILD TUSSICURE contains 400 mg extracts of the above Chinese medicine.

ADMINISTRATION
To be taken with warm water 1-2 hours after breakfast and dinner, 2 times a day. It can also be taken by pouring the powder from capsules and mix it with glucose in a cup of water.
For serious cases, 1 additional dosage is recommended.

WARM TIPS:
1. Course of Treatment: (to be taken consecutively and strictly follows the Instruction)
a) 5-20 days of treatment for repeated coughs and bronchitis caused by common cold.
b) 25-35 days of treatment for allergic bronchitis.
c) 30-45 days of treatment for chronic bronchitis.
d) 30-50 days of treatment for chronic bronchitis complicated with mild asthma.
2. Do not take Child Tussicure during the first 2-3 days of the common cold or flu, especially when having a fever
3. As Lam Kam Sang® Child Tussicure is effective during the first 2~3 days of the common cold or flu, especially when having a fever which should be cheated first. Stop taking the product temporarily when having acute enterogastritis, acute bacterial or virus infections.
4. There are two types of cough symptoms which may be easily confused with cough and gasp caused by tracheitis:
A. Chronic pharyngitis:The symptoms include itching of pharynx, globus hystericus (stuffing feeling), dry cough, pharyngea congestion and pharyngeal cysts. This is generally caused by bacterial infection by adults.
B.  The flow of nasal mucus into pharynx and larynx: the patients are usually suffering from rhinitis which caused serious coughing especially early in the morning when a lot of mucus has entered the pharynx and larynx.
It may be caused by the above reasons if Child Tussicure is taken for 5-7 days and without obvious improvement. In this case, please contact Lam Kam Sang Medical Research Institute Ltd. for further treatment.
5.  The following foods or medicines should be abstained temporarily during or shortly after the treatment:
a. Prawn, crab, shell fish; avoid sea-foods, chicken, tortoise in case of suffering from serious cough.
b. Chocolate and roasted nuts such as peanut, cashew nut.
c. Cool and sour fruits such as pear, orange.
d. Oily, fried or baked foods.
e. Avoid any nourishing herbs or traditional medicines, except for the cold medicine or antiphlogistic which can work well with Child Tussicure.
