Drug classification	Local anesthetic
Indications	this product is a local anaesthetic. It is mainly used for surface anesthesia (including thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery for mucosal anesthesia).
Adverse effect	(1) of this product I can cause sensitive reaction and allergic reaction;  (2) patients with respiratory tract gao min, can cause bronchospasm.  (3) the product dosage is too large, absorb quickly can result in toxic reaction, show the tinnitus, excited, irritability and other symptoms of central nervous excitement, and can be rapid development into convulsions, coma, drop in blood pressure, etc.; (4) the blood drug concentration is too high, can cause atrial conduction velocity slows, atrioventricular block, ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest.
Contraindications	(1) should be disabled in the following circumstances:  response to has a history of drug allergy and diathesis;  serious heart block, including II or III degree atrioventricular block, double bundle branch block;  severe sinoatrial node dysfunction.  (2)The liver and kidney dysfunction, reduced liver blood flow, severe congestive heart failure, myocardial damage, such as low blood volume and shock patient with caution. The original indoor block were banned or careful.
